Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with behavioral health needs. Your expertise in data collection, patient assessment, and applied behavior analysis will contribute to the development and implementation of effective treatment plans.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct functional behavior assessment using the BVMAPP, ABBILLS/AFLS, and DAYC-2
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans. These plans include strategies for teaching new skills, midifying environments, and addressing challenging behaviors
- Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans by behavior technicians or interventionists. They provide training, support, and ongoing supervision to ensure interventions are carried our effectively
- Collect data on behavior change over time to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Use this data to make date-driven decisions and modify intervention plans as needed
- Compose initial, progress, and exit reports and submit in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other professionals such as educators, therapist, and parents to ensure a coordinated approach to interventions
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professionals standards in their practice.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide parent training and support to help parents effectively manage challenging behavior and implement behavior intervention strategies at home. This includes teaching parents' behavior management techniques and providing guidance on creating supportive environment
- Experienced BCBAs may provide supervision and mentorship to individuals pursuing certification as Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA). This involves providing guidance, feedback, and supervising to ensure that supervises meet the requirement for certification and develop the necessary competencies in behavior analysis practice
- Cover sessions as needed across all services as needed (Project ImPACT, Early Intervention, ABA)
- As needed, BCBAs will provide Project ImPACT services
- Create and present trainings to staff members as assigned
- Attend company meetings as assigned
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral health needs
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Commute up to 30 miles or more as needed
- Willingness to collaborate
- Experience using Microsoft Office Products
Pay: $83,387.00 - $88,566.00 per year
