Ike's Carter Pool Companies is seeking a skilled Swimming Pool Repair Tech to join our dedicated team. This position is responsible for diagnosing and repairing various pool equipment and systems, ensuring our clients' pools are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Leveraging our 70 years of industry experience, you will provide top-notch repair services and uphold the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
- Test and balance water chemistry to ensure safe and optimal pool conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and maintenance tips.
- Comply with all safety procedures, including safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professional and ethical conduct at all times.
- Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
- A valid Florida Driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in pool equipment repair or a related field.
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons, standing and walking for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of pool chemistry and maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Full Time
- Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4pm
