**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with team members to support and help each other (Team Player)
- Contribute positively to the work culture
- Provide excellent customer service at all points of interaction with customers
- Greet and welcome customers warmly
- Take orders efficiently and accurately
- Handle transactions accurately
- Prepare ingredients according to Drip Tea Seattle’s recipes
- Make bubble tea drinks according to Drip Tea Seattle’s recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including deep cleaning, picking up trash, taking out trash & recycling, and completing daily cleaning checklists
- Restock work supplies and ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist customers with inquiries about our clothing and gear offerings
- Complete tasks assigned in a timely manner
- Upkeep of our soft-serve machine, including cleaning and maintenance
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Weekend availability required (Fri, Sat, Sun)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Previous experience making bubble tea or other specialty beverages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Interest in fashion and knowledge of our clothing and gear offerings
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Valid food handler's permit or ability to obtain one shortly after hiring
