**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, working with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship.
- Market and advertise vacant units to attract prospective tenants, conduct property showings, and screen applicants to find qualified tenants.
- Negotiate and execute leases and rental agreements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a prompt and professional manner, striving to maintain positive tenant relations.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize revenue through efficient management practices.
- Maintain accurate records of property operations, financial transactions, and tenant communications using property management software.
- Stay informed about local market trends, rental rates, and regulatory changes affecting the property management industry.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in property management or real estate management, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and property management best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management software Appfolio preferred, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
