QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to define problems and tasks, collect data and establish facts, take action, and resolve issues
- Committed to and skilled in the principle of confidentiality
- Reporting skills
- Experienced in maintaining records
- Knowledge of employee benefits
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Must have at least 1 year of HR experience, preferred focus in Healthcare
- Experience with employee verification and background checks
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Exell
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrate accuracy and productivity in a changing environment
- Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate employee training sessions.
- Experience with new hire onboarding processes
- Proficient in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Spanish

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

- Leadership Experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources: 1 year (required)

- Spanish (required)
