**Description & Requirements**
Maximus is looking hire Fin Proc Lead. This role will be responsible for preparing financial reporting and various analyses for FSA Department of Education that are under strict deadline adherence to comply with USDS requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.
- Prepare account reconciliations and various analyses supporting month end/quarter end financials, and help to ensure the integrity of accounting/financial data.

- Prepare financial reporting and various analyses for FSA that are under strict deadline adherence to comply with USDS requirements.
- Work with a team of 20-25 staff members to ensure accuracy review and interpreting financial information.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience.
- Associate degree preferred.
- May have additional training or education in area of specialization.

**Additional Requirements as per Contract/Client**:

- Must reside in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- May be required to work scheduled holidays, overtime, and weekends
- Must be able to effectively read a prepared / written script out loud

Employment and continued employment are contingent upon obtaining and maintaining a favorable clearance. Final suitability determination is the sole discretion of the Department of Education.

**Home Office Requirements**:

- Hardwired internet (ethernet) connection router, cannot connect via Wi-Fi
- Must have a personal desktop or laptop computer to use for the first few weeks of training with a private work area and adequate power source
