**Position Summary**:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be assisting the recruitment team with opening and posting job requisitions, onboarding of new hires, assist with licensure audits, assist with exit paperwork and various special projects for the team.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following**:

- Responsible for all employee staffing processes to include recruiting (advertising), interviewing, screening (reference checks/validation of licenses), job offers, post-offer physicals/drug screen appointments and new employee orientation.
- Prepare demographic information on each employee (and dependent) for data entry into ABRA and ADP.
- Maintain current demographic and wage information on each employee.
- Participate in discussions of new or changes to current policies or employee benefits.
- Notify employees of the following:

- Changes in company policies or procedures.
- New company policies or procedures.
- Changes in employee benefits.
- New employee benefits.
- Maintain all workers' compensation reports and records.
- Respond to all unemployment claims/attend hearings.
- Answer all disability claims.
- Maintain disability and COBRA records for medical and dental payments.
- Ensure all new employees attend employee orientation meetings.
- Distribute and maintain all employee benefits material.
- Notify departmental supervisors of scheduled employee reviews on a monthly basis.
- Respond to written and verbal employee verifications.
- Fill out and send EDD eligibility claims for disability.
- Place employment ads.
- Utilize ADP system biweekly to post wage information by type of hours worked and special pay, including, call, standby, etc., from time card summaries..
- Balance all payroll data input and submit to bank biweekly.
- Process required checks immediately, calculating appropriate state and federal taxes.
- Examine reports produced by ADP for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain files in an organized and systematic fashion.
- Process 401(k) distributions for terminated employees.
- Submit DE-34 to EDD monthly (Report of New Hires).
- Send COBRA notification letters and related material to terminated employees.
- Maintain records of and order Savings Bonds per employee's deductions.
- Track expired employee's licenses, i.e., RNs, LVNs, etc.)
- Examine tax returns prepared by bank for accuracy and completeness. Enter quarterly tax information biweekly.
- Distribute W2 and 1099 forms.
- Prepare monthly reports:.
- Reconcile monthly billings for insurance, e.g., health, dental, life, disability, supplemental and workers compensation, in addition to 401(k). Break down cost by department and issue check requests to A/P for each.
- Pick up paychecks and payroll reports form B of A on the Wednesday following each pay period ending date.
- Sort checks by department and prepare them for distribution at each location for employee pick up. Mail out certain appropriate checks.
- Verify employers match for eligible 401(k) payroll deductions and prepare the corresponding check request.
- Keep ledgers and track all payroll deductions. Issue check requests to accounts payable for processing checks.
- Prepare payroll recap report.
- Possess adequate knowledge of personnel policies and procedures.
- All other duties as directed by management.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $23 - $25 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
