Barista & Sandwich Maker

**Requirement**: Barista experience and strong customer service skills. Preferred experience preparing food such as using a meat slicer, chopping vegetables, and making sandwiches & toasts.

**$16.85/hour plus tips. The team is making about $27-31/hour average a week right now and this will continue to increase each month as it's been getting busier. There is opportunity to grow and get a higher hourly wage in the very near future. I am really looking for the right person.**

**Hours of operation**: 6:30a-4p on Monday, Thursday & Friday. 6:30a-1p Tue & Wed and 7a-4p Sat & Sun. Open 7 days a week
- **Some Responsibilities Include**:_
- Greet customers as they enter
- Up-sell menu items
- Know the menu inside and out
- Take orders while paying attention to details and customer preferences
- Make hot & cold drinks and answer customer questions regarding ingredients
- Prepare and serve beverages and food following recipes
- Receive and process payments
- Make sure inside and outside of cafe is always clean
- Maintain stock
- Help with dishes
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Communicate customer feedback to owner
- Prep menu items in advanced
- Make menu items per order for customers

We have a full-time position available. The pay for this position starts at $16.85 per hour plus good tips are expected - probably an average of $8-$12/hour more when including the tip pool, depending on the day.

Pay: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour
