Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking an **Industrial Security Analyst (level 2) / Principal Industrial Analyst (level 3)** to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in **Redondo Beach, CA**.

This requisition may be filled at either an Industrial Security Analyst (level 2) or Principal Industrial Security Analyst (level 3)

**For Level 2**:Industrial Security Analyst**

Additional ACPSO/CPSO duties:

- Responsible for accurate data input into an access control database.
- Maintain document control inventories.
- Reconcile multiple databases for accuracy.
- Provide briefings/debriefings to personnel for activities such as: new hires, terminations, foreign defensive travel.
- Coordinates escort activities within closed area.
- Interface with Program Management Team, Customer, and suppliers.
- Write security operational plans for program implementation.
- Responsible for TS inventory and self-inspections.

**Basic Qualifications**:Industrial Security Analyst**
- 3 years Industrial Security with Bachelor's; or 1 year with Master's; experience to include Industrial security or related; or an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Possess a thorough understanding and working knowledge of NISPOM, DoDM 5205 series, and ICD security standards as well as OPSEC, personnel, industrial, cyber, physical, Information Security principles
- Understanding and familiarity of DD-254 Implementation Requirements
- Demonstrated positive working relationship with internal and external customers
- Proficient with NISS, DISS, JADE and SIMS
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion
- Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**For Level 3: Principal Industrial Analyst**

The CPSO implements all requisite national security directives with specific emphasis on NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Special Access Program (SAP) directives and other governing directives, as applicable. Exhibits the dedication and expectation of excellence required of a seasoned security professional while working and making decisions independently without direct supervision. The CPSO works as a team player, exhibits flexibility, sets priorities, and manages customer expectations in a sometimes fast-paced environment. The CPSO interacts with internal and external customers or Government security officials in performance of security duties.

**Basic Qualifications: Principal Industrial Analyst**
- Active** Secret** clearance with ability to obtain and maintain SAP access.
- Background investigation completed within the last 6 years.
- 6 years CPSO/Industrial Security or related experience with Bachelors; or 4 years CPSO/Industrial Security or related experience with Masters or an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of the Intelligence Community Directives (ICD's), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and Supplement Information system security experience desired.
