Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring high-quality healthcare services are delivered.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and lead nursing staff in providing exceptional patient care
- Coordinate and manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Monitor and assess patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
- Strong physiology knowledge
- Experience in critical care and acute care settings
- Proficiency in discharge planning
- Knowledge of aseptic technique
- Familiarity with botulinum toxin treatment
- Ability to operate neonatal ventilators
- Excellent patient care skills
- Understanding of laboratory procedures
- Proficiency in pain management techniques
