**Job Title: Fleet Manager**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our company's fleet operations. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our vehicle fleet, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and a keen eye for detail.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize operations.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all company vehicles.
- Monitor fuel usage, maintenance costs, and overall fleet performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
- Manage a team of drivers and maintenance staff.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Prepare regular reports on fleet performance and budget adherence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in fleet management.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in Fleet Management (e.g., CAFM).
- Experience working with GPS tracking systems.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations related to fleet operations.
- Class A-CDL for moving equipment around yard is a HUGE plus

Pay: $64,237.00 - $72,000.00 per year
