Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Groundskeeper to join our grounds maintenance team. As a key member of our landscaping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the grounds of our facility are well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing. This position requires a strong commitment to attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work. Duties
- Perform daily grounds maintenance duties, including lawn care, landscaping, and garden maintenance.
- Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools, including mowers, trimmers, and pruning equipment.
- Irrigate and water plants, lawns, and gardens as needed to maintain their health and appearance.
- Use a combination of manual labor and power equipment to maintain grounds, including mowing, edging, and pruning.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the grounds and storage areas.
- Assist with seasonal landscape maintenance, including planting, mulching, and pruning.
- Monitor grounds for signs of damage or wear, and report any issues to management.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all grounds maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Experience
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of lawn care and landscaping maintenance techniques is essential.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physical environment.
- Experience with irrigation systems and power tools is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Knowledge of lawn care and landscaping maintenance techniques.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
