**Responsibilities: We are replacing the traditional sales model and revolutionizing the dealership experience. We do not have a sales staff, so we do not work on commission so the pressures a traditional dealership is replaced with top notch, 5-Star Customer Service. Our Personal Purchase Assistants will facilitate the purchase process and delivery of the customer's vehicle. That's it Treat people well, have fun and be motivated to serve people and you will succeed here**
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist customers by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology. Training provided.
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers
- Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, make some product recommendations and organizing test drives
- Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system
- Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals.
- Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

**Qualifications**
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Proven experience in sales, but training is provided as well.
- Fantastic communication skills.
- A multi-tasker and highly organized.
- Positive attitude.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
