**Duties**:
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum

- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to support student learning
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
**Experience**:
- Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Special education experience is a plus
- Background in early childhood education or related fields
- Familiarity with theater, culinary, or adult education is advantageous
