**Specific Requirements**:

- Interact with units and conduct analysis to identify, define, validate, and approve user needs and requirements through established ACC and AFMS capabilities-based assessment processes.
- Assist in coordinating with commercial vendors and/or developers, interested Government, and non-Government entities and medical users to demonstrate and assess new material equipment capabilities.
- Assist and identify potential capabilities or technologies adaptable by ACC medical teams
- Participate in developing processes to refine or modify Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) material solutions to ensure potential solutions are suitable for military medical operations.
- Research and/or identify current fielded medical equipment capabilities through FEDLOG and other similar military medical logistics information systems and uses information to populate allowance standards and other material/equipment lists.
- Assist in preparing and shipping equipment for operational testing, participate in test and evaluation policy issues, and coordinate between internally and external agencies.
- Assist in coordination with US Army Aeromedical Research Lab, AFMED, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center and vendors to ensure all required testing, to include air worthiness certification, is identified, scheduled, performed, and documented.
- Assist with planning and coordination of system procurement activities to include unit operational assessments, performance evaluations, and acceptance validation testing prior to transition of new capability to the field.

**General Requirements**:

- Build/develop supporting documents such as bullet background papers, and talking papers
- Draft correspondence in compliance with AF guidance (i.e., Tongue and Quill) for dissemination
- Make appropriate recommendations in the best interest of the directorate within situational complexity.
- Support and attend meetings, conferences, and seminars and provide recommendations
- Advise the client on day-to-day issues impacting SGR/medical modernization.
- Manage and administer Task Management Tool (TMT) Suspenses/tasks and draft correspondence
- and documents for client (including flag officer) consideration.
- Attend periodic SG/Executive staff meetings.
- Provide a monthly summary of all Contractor modernization related activities and spending.
- Provide trip report summary documents working groups.

**Required Experience and Education**
- 6 years’ experience in managing or supervising a medical logistics division **or** years’ military medical experience as Officer in Charge or Non-commissioned officer in Charge of a clinic logistics flight. Military experience in expeditionary logistics.
- 6 years’ experience in medical logistics, nursing, or medical program management related fields or settings with duties involving medical management of resources and documentation of programs, projects, or resource activities.
- Capable of performing tasks related to ordering, storing, and shipping medical equipment, and providing logístical and management expertise related to military medical operations, logistics and resource management.

**General Requirements**
- 10 years’ experience working within the DoD, DHA, AF, or AFMS organizational structures. At least one year of the 10 years will include executive level experience such as AF MAJCOM**.**
- 5 years’ experience in written and oral communications for/to senior leaders O-6 and above.
- 4 years’ experience in the use of Microsoft Office 365, to include Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and Access
- Possess completion of Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Courses: ACQ 0030 Overview of Acquisition Ethics, RQM 1010 Introduction to Joint Capability & Development Systems, RQM 1100 Core Concepts for Requirements Management, (ACQ) 1010, Fundamentals of Systems Acquisition Management, (ACQ) 2020, Intermediate Systems Acquisition, part A (ACQ) 2030, Intermediate System Acquisition, Part B or equivalent i.e. Intermediate Medical Acquisition IMAC Course) In-Residence or complete within 90 days of on boarding.
- Recent (within the last 24 months) experience with Task Management Software such as TMT and DCS systems
