Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at the new Courtside Bar an Grill. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

**Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
- Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
