**Commercial Fitness Products (“CFP"),** one of the oldest and largest volume dealers in the fitness industry, is expanding to meet the demand for its products. We currently represent several of the industry's most sought-after equipment product lines...exclusively featuring **MATRIX**, the industry’s leading premium equipment brand.

**CFP is looking to fill a full-time sales position in **Central Florida**, one for the most active & fruitful markets in the country. We need an energetic, aggressive sales professional that will thrive in a competitive sales environment.**

Fitness Centers in Apartment Communities, Single Family Development Clubhouses, Condominium Complexes, Community Recreation Centers, Hotels & Resorts, and small Group Training Studios, have exploded in popularity. Our suppliers are designing & creating equipment to meet the demand for new innovative products for these customers. We are seeking the ideal individual to represent our products to new & existing customers such, Builders/Developers, Property Managers, Homeowner Associations, General Managers, Fitness Directors & Facility Owners.

This is an inside-outside sales position responsible for marketing & promoting our products & services to customers throughout the territory in the specific markets assigned.

**Specifically, your responsibilities will include**:

- Develop and implement a business plan & travel schedule.
- Targeting, prospecting, and creating new sales opportunities & growth.
- Create new business by penetrating existing customer base.
- Demonstrate products to groups & individuals with direct focus on sales.
- Establish long-term business relationships creating future sales & referrals.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our products & services, and that of our competitors.
- Assist in facility design services using CAD programs.
- Extensive travel throughout the territory to meet customers & provide sales presentations or demonstrations.
- Understand, communicate and demonstrate the cost vs. value of each piece of equipment.
- Produce a continuous volume of outbound communication.
- Recommend & Quote products that meets specific customer needs.
- Knowledge of proper use of our equipment.
- Coordinate with logistics & service team members to fulfill orders or affect repairs.
- Complete all paperwork & reporting in a timely manner.
- Closing sales by use of a motivational & consultative sales strategy.
- Other reasonable duties & assignments
- The position calls for producing a high volume of outbound phone calls while in the office, and a significant amount of appointments & cold call visits while in the field...this is a proven method to create opportunities, further relationships & close sales._

**Most CFP Support Reps will earn between $70,000 - $85,000 per year. However, the income potential is greater, as volume of sales increase. This position is weighted on performance**...increases in sales volume will result in increased comp package.

**What we are looking for** **-**
- This position requires a self-starter who has the capability to work independently without need for daily supervision.
- Knowledge of Fitness & Group Exercise is helpful.
- CFP will provide factory training on the products we represent, but you must have general fitness knowledge & experience.
- Aggressive sales capability with passion for fitness.
- Strong closing skills & thrives under pressure.
- Ability to fully demonstrate the products represented.
- Must be capable of utilizing several basic computer programs - ACT Sales Management software, QuoteWerks, VISIO CAD, Windows Office & Outlook.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Willingness to generate large volume of phone calls, correspondences & cold calls.
- A clean valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Effectively divide time between office and the road, with willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory.
