**Responsibilities**:

- Working in the finishing booth to sand, prep, and paint woodwork and millwork materials
- Putty and sand, including buffing and scuffing
- Job tracking, organizing inventory, samples, stock and formula matching
- Work with SketchUp drawings to understand the specifications of articles to be made and preparation details
- Inspect finished products for defects to ensure the finished product meets our high standards.
- Maintain care of finishing equipment and tools.

Skills for Success
- At least 3 years of finishing experience (sanding, painting, and prepping)
- Fine attention to detail, good hand eye coordination and visual inspections skills
- Strong focus on quality assurance
- Enjoy working in a small team dynamic to collaborate and meet deadlines on projects
- Be able to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to understand and take directions.
- Must be self-motivated and a team player.
- Commitment to attendance and punctuality.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
