**Overview**:
Our client is a leading Michigan cannabis processing and cultivating company seeking 3-4 enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Task Team Members. As a Task Team Member, you will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various tasks in the production process, including but not limited to trimming, weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and consistency in product output.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations regarding cannabis handling and processing.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by communicating effectively and working cooperatively with team members and supervisors.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of cannabis processing regulations and best practices is a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for weighing and measuring cannabis products.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 21 years or older to work for a marijuana-related business in Michigan.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in an indoor environment with exposure to cannabis products and odors.
