- **JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS**_
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- 3-5 years of fine dining server experience
- The ability to offer guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served experience conforming to Taj Hotels' standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
- The ability to anticipate and service guest requirements before requests are necessary.
- The ability to serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
- The ability to complete opening and closing side-work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
- The ability to use the hotel's computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings.
- The ability to carry trays, bus and reset tables.
- The ability to recognize regular guests and to greet them by their name.
