Brown Point Facility Management Solutions, LLC is looking for a Comptroller to join our team. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including the daily review of accounts payable and receivable, processing vendor invoices, and reconciling bank statements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Manage the general ledger and perform month-end and year-end closing activities
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tax filings and other regulatory requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and best practices in financial management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA designation preferred)
- Proven experience as a Comptroller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Proficiency in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
- Experience with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or similar systems
- Solid understanding of corporate accounting functions including general ledger accounting and accounts receivable/payable
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and prepare accurate reports
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in public accounting is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
