Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lineperson to join our team. As a Lineperson, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to electrical line maintenance and construction. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform bucket operations to install, repair, and maintain electrical lines
- Operate backhoes, loaders, and other heavy equipment as needed
- Splice and connect fiber optic cables
- Locate and mark underground utilities
- Assist with the installation of low voltage systems
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical line issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in electrical line work or related field
- Proficiency in bucket operation, backhoe operation, loader operation, and heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of electrical systems and low voltage installations
- Familiarity with fiber splicing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Note: Welding experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
