Axiom Systems is a dynamic company looking to expand our reach and client base. As we venture into new markets, we need a dedicated Sales Associate to help us grow. This is a pivotal role, and you will be the first salesperson, setting the groundwork for our sales department.

As the sole Sales Associate at Axiom Systems, you will be integral in acquiring new clients and expanding our business. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, engaging them, and closing deals to meet monthly targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent service and communication.
- Negotiate deals and close contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Create strategies to effectively reach sales goals.
- Serve as the face of Axiom Systems to clients and at industry events.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
