This crucial role ensures our store runs smoothly and contributes to the vibrant community atmosphere we cherish. By joining us, you'll help shape the future of NU Kitchen, where our mission is to feed the body and nourish the soul and community through our work.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee daily operations of the Somerville store, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency.
- Assist with scheduling and oversee the training of employees.
- Ensure effective staff deployment to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to maintain high standards of quality control and safety.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, leading by example.

- Prior supervisory experience in the food service industry is preferred.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
