Our growing Automotive Repair Shop is looking to fill the role of a Service Advisor. The responsibilities would be as follows.
- Maintain Front Desk/Waiting Area
- Return all customer messages
- Greet all in person customers
- Check customers in and out after services completed
- Coordinate daily with Automotive Technicians and Owner to address all immediate needs

The preferred qualifications are listed below.
- Strong communication and computer skills
- A minimum of 5 years experience working in an administrative role
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks
- Experience with Mitchell and DVI's
- Strong service skills and ability to sell work while being honest and not pushy
- Reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
