Mortgage Processor

Job Title: Order Fulfillment Associate/ Mortgage Loan Processor

Location: US (Onsite
- Glendale, CA)

**Requirements**:

- Associates degree or one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- **Preferred Experience**:

- Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, and/or commercial banking preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with customers, vendors, and agencies
- Perform searches, document retrieval, preparation, execution, filings, and recordings
- Assist with order fulfillment and issue resolution
- Explain service offerings, procedures, and jurisdictional requirements
- Make informed decisions to meet client expectations
- Provide recommendations for improvement in customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Assist with training on products, jurisdictional requirements, and databases

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
