WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A TEAM LEAD:

- Has been a QMHP for at least 2 years
- Supervision experience at least a year

The Team Lead assists with the planning and directing the overall delivery of community-based mental health services. Has management and professional accountability for staffing and administering mental health services and adapting such services to current needs of the community.
Qualifications: QMHP ~ A staff member who is credentialed as a QMHP-CS who has demonstrated and documented competency in the work to be performed.

General Responsibilities: The workers is responsible for providing medical necessary services to the client in accordance with the treatment plan that is designed to meet the mental health, educational, vocational, residential, financial, social and other needs of the consumer.
- Submit a minimum of 20 hours a week; however, this position may submit up to 32 hours a week to be eligible for monthly bonus
- Serve as an intricate member of the team to ensure continuity of care
- Provides structured face-to-face scheduled sessions to client in home, school, office, community
- Ensure that the majority of mental health services are primarily rendered in the community
- Documentation completed within 72 hours of service
- Report to supervision and in-house trainings as scheduled
- Plans, implements, directs and coordinates programs and activities
- Identifies, develops and implements resources/programs in response to client needs.
- Holds biweekly group supervisions for their team
- Reviews and authorizes leave requests from their team members
- Attends weekly leadership meetings with executive leadership
- Work collaboratively with and provide ongoing updates to the Psychiatrist
- Ensure all necessary licenses and/or certifications remain current
- Required to have 2 HOURS/week of office time at our Glenborough office.
