The Customer Business team is responsible for building an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. We are building the next generation of shopping experiences on TikTok shop including browsing product details, check-out, shopping, return, refund, etc. And the Promotion and Campaign platform and tools for merchants, clients, and businesses to manage campaigns, deliver the best results, and receive actionable insights.
**Responsibilities**:
- In this role you will lead and influence a global team that ensures Product & Technology teams work directly with Business, Marketing, Customer Service teams to understand the needs and aspirations of our buyers, sellers and third party developers
- Program manage cross-team, cross-functional initiatives
- Drive architecture and integration decisions and timelines with dependency teams
- Interface with engineering managers and engineers to drive technical solutions, estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources
- Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to management and project stakeholders
- Engage and energize the project teams to achieve aggressive goals
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of product management experience working on user facing products, with at least 2+ years of team leadership experience.
- Experience in translating complex business issues into clear goals and product requirements
- Solid scientific orientation and good data intuition
- Articulate complex ideas into clear, usable end-user requirements

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $224000 - $410000 annually.

**Our time off and leave plans are**: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
