**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of cellular carrier support required
- 2+ years of billing experience a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Ordering, activation and troubleshooting for wireless modems, routers, iPads, tablets, MIFI/Jet packs and cell phones
- Analyze and process monthly billing for various carriers to ensure accuracy
- Develop & maintain cellular inventory and documentation in tracking software and systems
- Manage and track all requests via internal ticketing system
- Review, process and code invoices/bills for payment
- Maintain inventory of master list for bills and vendors
- Provide billing inventory and analysis for potential acquisitions
- Review and provide solutions for phone bills, features, disputes, and rates.
- Manage payment for invoices (Data, Voice, Cell Phones & CATV)
- Payment research for invoices with delinquencies
