Family owned bay area recycling service seeks consultant and part-time driver for Hazardous Materials (14' Box Truck). This role offers independence, daily interaction with customers, and growth opportunities. Customers are primarily schools, hotels, office buildings who wish to expand their services with our company.

This job involves:
+ Consulting with company owner regarding regulation, transportation logistics, documentation, training, supply chain, and pricing for hazardous material disposal and transportation services

+ Potential to conduct HazMat jobs as they arise -- pick-up and transportation to downstream disposal vendor

+ Potential to expand into full-time position and Haz Mat business expands

**Requirements**:
+ Experience with Haz Mat transportation

+ Commercial driver license and Haz Mat endorsement

+ Excellent driving record

+ Must be able to lift 60 pounds (loading & unloading truck)

+ Desire to learn new skills and take on more responsibility as business grows & evolves

+ Attention to detail (keeping accurate counts and records of deliveries & pick-ups)

+ Solid communication skills (english)

+ Must have cell phone

+ Should enjoy speaking with customers during deliveries, and making recommendations related to their recycling programs and needs

+ Must be able to work independently

+ Strong preference for someone who lives in SF, South SF, Daly City (within 5-7 miles of our warehouse)

Note: this job does not include health benefits currently

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Home daily
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Year round work

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus opportunities
- Monthly bonus
- Performance bonus
