Position: Beverage Dispensing Technician

Location: Hammond, IN, Chicago, Chicago suburbs

Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Beverage Dispensing Service Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair beverage dispensing systems, including soda fountains, bulk co2, and ice makers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to beverage dispensing and ice equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal functionality and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with customers and establish positive working relationships.
- Provide training to staff on proper use and maintenance of beverage dispensing equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Independence: Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong work ethic.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical Stamina: The role involves lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
