**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated Service & Warehouse Technician to join our team at Bath Flip in Londonderry, NH. This role will involve a combination of service visits, customer service, warehouse management, and general maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for providing technical support and performing installations and maintenance for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficently alone and as part of a crew.If you are a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, troubleshoot, and repair various bath accessory issues
- Communicate with team members, customers & outside contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Setup and stage upcoming jobs
- Follows through with customers until all issues are resolved
- Timely completes all paperwork/data entry and follow-up communication required for the appointment
- Safely, correctly, and efficiently unloads and cleans the trucks
- Takes great care of the company’s products, tools, and equipment
- Perform quality control checks and warehouse counts on products
- Help manage inventory and organize warehouse space
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Prior warehouse or service experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Ambitious to learn and solve problems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks
