**Overview**:

- Utilize hand tools for various maintenance projects
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge for equipment upkeep
- Engage in mowing activities
- Trim shrubbery and palms as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to perform mowing tasks (can be trained on sight)
- Familiarity with hand equipment like string trimmers and hedge trimmers

Pay: $80.00 - $150.00 per day
