Billing Specialist- Mechanical

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and process invoices accurately
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation
- Handle debits and credits efficiently
- Utilize QuickBooks for billing tasks
- Provide support for technical accounting issues
- Assist with corporate accounting functions
- Collection calls and follow up
- Administrative Office Duties
- Answer and filter all incoming calls-main operator
- Work closely with Accounting team
- Other Duties as assigned

**Experience**:

- 3 plus years of prior experience in billing or accounting roles preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Experience working in similar industry a plus
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Experience with Service Titan software a plus
