Therapeutic Mentor

The Mentor will work with court involved youth aged 11-17 years old, their parent/guardian, support system, and probation officer to achieve individual goals such as reducing recidivism, developing a positive support network, completing and/or re-engaging in school, obtaining employment, and linkage to needed counseling and support services.
Mentors work independently as well as with a team, receiving plenty of support and guidance from the program coordinator.
Works hours are flexible to fit with the youth’s school schedule, and may involve working evenings or weekends.
Previous experience or Bilingual a plus.
Pay Frequency:
- Bi weekly or Twice monthly
Pay: $35,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
