MUST have the following experience and qualities to be considered for this position:

- Hospitality business experience (restaurant, entertainment venue or other)
- Managing a group of 10 or more employees for a period of 3-5 years
- Good with multitasking and working in a busy environment
- Ability to follow procedures and protocols and model/train team members to do the same
- Ability to take ownership and pride in work and model/train team members to do the same
- Ability to take ownership in accomplishing goals of the company by way of effective team leadership
- Ability to learn kitchen as we have a full cafe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in long-term employment and in working towards growth within the company

**LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO TRAIN TO MANAGER. MUST BE AVAILABLE FULL TIME AND AVAILABLE MOST FRI, SAT & SUN. MUST BE INTERESTED IN TAKING ON THIS POSITION AS PRIMARY JOB.**

We are a highly successful indoor adventure park with established business operations looking for someone who can follow our existing processes and procedures and execute those as defined to ensure smooth operation on all fronts.

The Shift Leader is responsible for assisting with the opening/closing and maintenance of the facility, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, overseeing a group of young employees, and making sure that proper procedures and policies are followed as per XtremeHopp standards and that team members are assigned so that all points of customer service and safety are covered. Must be able to manage flow of business and make shifts to work assignments to best serve customers on busy days. The Shift Supervisor will also assist with inventory management tasks, cleaning checklists, and other projects or tasks as assigned by the General Manager. The Shift Supervisor must be a role model for excellent guest service, enforce risk management protocol, and acts as a role model for XtremeHopp Team culture at all times.

XtremeHopp is an Indoor Adventure Park featuring a trampoline court, Parkour and Ninja Warrior courses, Axe Throwing, Smash Room, Splatter Room, Paintball Target Shooting, an Escape Room and a healthy café and hosting birthday parties and events.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
