**Job Summary**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collect rent, taxes, and any other charges assessed by all tenants
- Complete lease renewals for all properties
- Maintain accounting of all properties
- Develop cost-saving methods
- Prepare property status reports
- Implement marketing strategies for rentable properties
- Manage tenant issues including maintenance and disputes
- Work closely with Controller and Real Estate Developer
- Communicate with Owner regarding overall function of properties
- Ensure excellent customer service to both prospective and current tenants

**Required Skills**:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong computer skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and Quickbooks
- Experience with Real Estate laws and regulations
- Knowledge of real estate market conditions
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible

**BONUSES available based on occupancies, completion of projects, etc.**

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
