**What You'll Do**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content for our social media platforms, website, and marketing materials.
- **Graphic Design**:Create flyers, brochures, site renderings, newsletters, and other marketing materials for our growing customer base.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms.
- **Campaign Development**: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns that align with our brand and goals.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with our online community, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive relationship with our followers.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on campaign effectiveness.
- **Collaborations**: Work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

**Requirements**:
**What We're Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 4+ years in social media management and digital marketing, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools (such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
- **Creativity**: A knack for creating visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Passion**: A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work culture.
