The Grout Medic Mesa is an established Tile and Grout Cleaning, Repair, Restoration and Installation company rooted in the Southeast valley (Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, and surrounding areas) looking for experienced, honest, responsible, versatile, Tile and Grout Technicians with a wide range of skills (see below) to serve the Southeast valley.

- Be professional, reliable, trustworthy, patient, friendly, systematic and possess a keen eye for detail
- Have experience in:

- Floor and shower tile installation, grout install, grout repair
- Cleaning tile and grout via van set-up and/or portable machine (cleaning chemicals, PH, tile type)
- Working with colored siliconized grout, clear silicone, and all types of grouts
- Be Familiar with current codes and restrictions, Possess the ability to follow procedures to code, Troubleshoot in times of uncertainty, and Respond promptly to customers needs
- Work efficiently independently, Have a great work ethic and takes extreme pride in the completed work. Done right the first time, no job site returns, No Exceptions
- Establish and maintain a clean, work environment. Including company vehicles, tool organization, materials coordination, etc.
- Have personal repair tools. We provide all materials and business tools beyond your personal favorites
- Communicate regularly with the GM throughout the day to update on job progress, completion status, pics of completed work
- Live within the service area (SE Valley)
- Have a current, valid AZ drivers license with a clean driving record. No Exceptions Must be insurable
- Have a cell phone
- Have a clean, professional appearance
- Speak English well
- Be a U.S. citizen or have a work permit
- Be willing to submit to a background check
- Tile and Grout Cleaning
- (Tile and) Grout Sealing, Color sealing
- Caulk, Silicone, Siliconized Grout Repair and/or Install
- Grout Repair and/or Install
- Tile Installation (Demo, Prep, Cut, Install, etc.)
- ALL Repairs pertaining to Tile and Grout Showers, Tile and Grout Floors

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Carpet cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- Tile laying: 3 years (preferred)
- Caulking: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Mesa, AZ (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mesa, AZ: Relocate before starting work (required)
