Professional psychology practice based in desirable Skokie location near Old Orchard shopping center is looking to hire a first-rate, part-time intake coordinator/office manager who fits the following profile. This position is ideal for a student or someone looking to learn more about psychology and private practice.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years administrative experience, customer service experience a plus. Experience or familiarity with Psychology or medical field a plus.
- Attitude and style: Proactive, flexible, detail-oriented, organized, professional, down-to-earth and friendly, with emphasis on client-service orientation.
- Skills - General: Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, client rapport, planning, communication, prioritization, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Skills - Computer: Competency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn two software programs for billing and credit card processing.
- Responsibilities: Client billing including credit card processing, brief telephone client intakes, filing, ordering supplies, office space caretaking, and other office management duties as assigned.
- Confidentiality: Must maintain confidentiality of practice and client information.
- Hours: Approximately 20-25 hours per week with the possibility for more. Some flexibility in hours.
- Benefits not included.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
