Housekeeper (Part-time)

**Rate of Pay**:
$16.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience

We have implemented numerous new safety measures due to COVID-19 to ensure the safety of our employees and guests. You will be responsible for making sure proper steps are taken to sanitize the room properly, along with fulfilling our high level of cleaning standards.

**Schedule**:
Hours vary depending on unit rental schedule; generally, 6 days a week, 9:30 am to 2:30pm, or until all units are cleaned and ready to rent. Summers, holidays, and weekends are our peak and busiest time and you will be required to work.

While we do require weekends, especially Sundays and Mondays on holiday weekend, we are flexible and will work with you for a schedule that best fits both of our needs.

**Job requirements**:

- Dependable and reliable
- Detail oriented perfectionist to maintain our extremely high cleaning standards
- Meet the physical demands of the varied duties
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a motor vehicle to drive to the units to perform job; personal vehicle will be used to bring housekeeping supplies, trash, and dirty linens back to the office or placed in dumpster
- Good sense of camaraderie, a team player, and respectful of co-workers and guests
- Superb guest relations, with the desire and aptitude to make our guests feel welcomed and appreciated
- Willingness to learn new things and follow directions

**Job duties**:

- Clean all units for check in
- Check the units to identify needs: repairs, leaking faucets, heat is at proper setting, what is needed to clean unit following customer check out
- Collect dirty laundry and trash from units that have been vacated
- Communicate to office staff identified items that need to be repaired
- Assist with laundry generated from stays (wash, dry and fold)
- Wash, dry, fold and put away the unit laundry as time allows
- Keep supply/work area clean and organized; keep the housekeeping area in order and stocked
- Assist customers as needed
- Other duties as assigned
