**We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Associate to join our team. As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for processing weekly payroll, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with payroll policies and procedures.**

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Process weekly payroll accurately and on time, including reviewing timesheets and payroll reports for accuracy.**:

- **Manage payroll deductions and resolve managers' payroll inquiries promptly.**:

- **Assist with payroll adjustments, prepare payroll accruals, and reconcile W2 data to ensure compliance.**:

- **Update and maintain payroll policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.**:

- **Collaborate with HR on leave requests, policy exceptions, and employee records management.**:

- **Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions as needed, contributing to overall financial operations.**

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- **1+ years of payroll experience or 2+ years of accounting office experience.**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and payroll software.**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.**:

- **Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.**:

- **Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.**:

- **Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations is a plus.
