**Requirements**:

- Hospitality/Restaurant experience or culinary schooling is a plus
- Passionate about the mission and growth of Greenbar
- Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
- High standards of visual aesthetic and presentation
- Very detailed oriented and organized
- Understanding of a start-up culture and wearing multiple hats
- Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service
- Possess strongly developed leadership and communication skills
- POS and back-office computer skills (Clover, 7shifts, Google Suite, Microsoft Office);
- Full P&L responsibility including budgets, forecasting, food, and labor cost controls.
- Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Greenbar operations
- Open availability to properly ramp up and support the business
- Fast casual, fast food Industry and/or restaurant
- Mentoring and developing team members
- Willingness to learn and grow with in a growing business
- Comfortable creating and implementing SOPs
- Food handlers license
