**Requirements**:

- 20+ years of experience in Highway Design
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering
- P.E. In New Jersey (NY licensing is beneficial)
- Experience in proposal writing and presentation

**Responsibilities**:

- Engineering judgement that strives for quality and financial excellence
- Knowledge of NJDOT and NJTA processes and procedures
- Mentor and training of design staff
- Ability to work closely with regional and office leadership - advising on project approach, scope, cost, and schedule while identifying innovative solutions with strategic team partnerships

Pay: Up to $180,000.00 per year
