Overview:
Join our team as a Host/Host and be a vital part of creating exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for hospitality and customer service to ensure our patrons have a memorable dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and promptly seat them
- Efficiently manage reservations and waitlists
- Present menus, answer guest inquiries, and assist with menu selections
- Accurately take food and beverage orders
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Process guest payments and operate POS systems effectively

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in hospitality or food service is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in phone etiquette
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.71 - $21.42 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Physical setting:

- Upscale casual restaurant

Shift:

- Evening shift
- Night shift

Weekly day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

- Hampton Bays, NY 11946 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Hampton Bays, NY 11946: Relocate before starting work (required)
