**Job Overview**:
The Weatherization ESA Specialist is an entry-level position. Requires minimum 1 year of experience installing energy-saving measures for the Energy Saving Assistance Program (ESAP) (Southern California Gas Company, Southern California Edison, Southwest Gas, and Bear Valley Electric).

**Reports to**:

- The Weatherization Specialist reports to the Field Supervisor

**The Position**:
We’re looking for a Weatherization ESA Specialist. Our pay range is $18.00-$20.00 per hour Plus PRODUCTION BONUS.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Must have one year of experience working for Energy Conservation programs or similar trades.
- Complete certification training or any other required training
- Install energy-saving measures for the company’s home improvement and weatherization programs.
- Conduct structural in-home energy-saving measures installments at customer’s homes, apartments, and mobile homes.
- I have knowledge of installing window evaporative coolers, window room AC, interior/exterior fixtures, home appliances, and Smart T-stat.
- Report to schedule appointments on time and prepared
- Maintain accurate customer records, files, forms, and work orders.
- Stay updated on program requirements and standards.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers, staff, and utility company representatives.
- Participate in the routine meetings, workshops, and training as directed by the Supervisor.
- Responsible for the excellent image of the company while on company time
- Responsible for performing other duties/tasks assigned by the Supervisor
- Prepare job sites implementing weatherization-safe work practices.
- Clean up job sites using proper disposal methods.
- Provide hands-on training to Weatherization apprentices/installers at work sites.
- Install Attic Insulation
- Install weather-stripping and sealing measures.
- Perform glass/window repair and replacement.
- Install Smoke/carbon monoxide alarms.
- Install water-saving devices.
- Install energy-efficient appliances.
- Other related program duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Must have an active California Driver’s License
- Clean Driving Record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift over 70lb
- Must be able to wear all PPE and safety devices assigned per project
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have basic computer skills
- Solid math skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Must pass a 7-year criminal background check
- Must pass a drug test
