**Operational Training Development Analyst (Operations Review Specialist)**

**JOB SUMMARY**:
This is a highly responsible, professional position in the Operational Procedures and Training Unit, within the Child Support Program, and reports to the Revenue Program Administrator for the Training team. This position coordinates the design and development of instructor-led and computer-based training materials, aligning with the Program’s strategic goals and revision schedule. The team member in this position must use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make independent decisions, plan, evaluate, analyze data, formulate strategies, and recommend solutions with mínimal supervision.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Experience gathering, researching, and analyzing large amounts of information and condensing it into simple and clear instructions.
- Experience designing and developing training using an e-Learning authoring tool.*
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Work and PowerPoint.

**SUBSTITUTIONS**:

- A College degree may substitute for required experience.
