- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment, utensils, and preparation areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new boba flavors, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance our menu.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of boba ingredients, flavors, and preparation techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Optional/Plus:

- Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese is a plus. Being able to serve our diverse customer base in their preferred language would be highly valued.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.07 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
