As our Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests experience pristine surroundings and exceptional service throughout their stay.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform meticulous departure cleans promptly and efficiently, ensuring each property is immaculate for incoming guests.
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks to maintain superior cleanliness and presentation standards in all homes.
- Report maintenance needs promptly and take ownership of specialized tasks to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Assist in basic maintenance repairs and upkeep to uphold the integrity of our properties.
- Collaborate with the Field Service team to conduct thorough check-in and check-out inspections.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience and ensure five-star reviews.
- Utilize technology proficiently, including mobile apps, to streamline communication and task management.
- Work independently with mínimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in hospitality.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
- Reliable, all-weather vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
- Smartphone proficiency for accessing company technology.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
- Commitment to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Juniper Holiday + Home_ reserves the right to amend and adjust responsibilities to meet business objectives and organizational requirements.

**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**:
**Hourly: $20.00 - $30.00**

**Schedule**: Full-Time no less than 30 hours, 8-hour shifts
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating shift
