Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in order to preserve and improve the value of our clients’ properties.

**Duties**:

- Respond to Emergency Work Orders including clearing clogged toilets, sinks, drains, water leaks, loss of power, unsafe property conditions, etc.
- Perform maintenance related to HVAC troubleshooting, light appliance repair, basic carpentry, light electrical and plumbing, drain cleaning/troubleshooting, tub refinishing, drywall repair & paint, repair/replace locks, smoke detectors, and light fixtures, perform minor roof repairs, replace broken windows, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management software
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

**Skills**:

- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
